Some say Zyzz isn’t merely a person but is a lifestyle. Embracing youth, working hard in the gym, working hard outside the gym through a lifestyle focused on getting adequate rest and maintaining a proper diet in order to gain muscle and stay shredded. Not taking life too seriously but enjoying your youth and the freedom associated with it. Going to festivals, partying hard, living for the LOL’s. Zyzz is perceived to be a cocky, narcissistic, douche bag but it said he is actually a friendly, easy-going guy.
Zyzz, aka Az Sergeyevich is an internet icon, celebrity in Australia, bodybuilder, festival goer, and all around a sick c***. Zyzz is said to be “the Son of Zeus. Brother of Hercules. Father of Aesthetics.” Zyzz used to be a talented student and avid World of Warcraft player. He was originally popular in the festival/club community before he got shredded. His internet fame can be attributed to his popularity on 4chan’s /fit/ section and the MISC at bodybuilding.com. His YouTube videos have also helped in his ascension to the status of internet icon. Many Australians are “aware” of Zyzz. Zyzz played a major role in the new trend in bodybuilding of training for aesthetics. Aesthetics is the balance between size/symmetry, maintaining a low BF%, being tan, having white teeth, and all around being a symbol of beauty.

Rise to King
He was always extremely thin and an ectomorph. After graduating from high school and being fed up from being known as extremely skinny, he finally decided he wanted to change his life. He always noticed how girls looked at big/jacked guys at the club and decided he wanted to attain that status. Being inspired from his older brother’s (Chestbrahh) progress, Zyzz joined a local gym and began training. He began learning about nutrition and training and applying it to his pursuit of becoming “jacked.” After about 2 years, Zyzz had gained a muscular and shredded look. (Zyzz has confirmed that he has taken steroids during this period.) The exact number of cycles is unknown and it is rumored he is still taking steroids.
His original cycle is rumored to be:
Test prop 100mg EOD, for 8 weeks
PCT nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50/25/25
Arimidex on cycle. 0.5mg every 2nd day
^This photo was obtained from Zyzz’s personal Photobucket account. When it was released, Zyzz claimed it was a “flu shot.” I remain skeptical.
Motivation to Continue
Originally Zyzz trained to get bigger. He was tired of being super skinny and wanted to have a more muscular build for the ladies. After years of training, his motivation has become an intrinsic quality. He enjoys the feeling of setting and achieving goals. He enjoy improving himself and pushing himself to the next level. He loves the intense pump he gets from working out. Training and dieting have become a central part of who he is. Training is now part of his lifestyle. He believes the physical and mental rewards are momentous.
Views on Training/Dieting
Zyzz believes on training specifically for your body. Listen to your body and train accordingly. Know when to push out extra reps and know when to rest and allow time to recover. Train at the highest levels and you will reap the rewards. Push yourself to your maximum and then exceed that standard. The end product is the result of your combined efforts. Put yourself into the proper mindset while training. Listen to music that pumps you up, visual your goals, eliminate negativity and train hard. Zyzz structures his day around the gym. He prepares for it all day and makes it into an event so when he gets to the gym, he is ready to train at his highest level. One trick Zyzz uses to push himself is:
“Pretend there is a crowd of thousands watching you, and if you pull out as many reps or pull the weight that you hope (say 200kg deadlift 3 reps) you win a million dollars, and actually believe in your mind that it is true. Watch yourself push harder for reasons that I cannot explain. Try it in your sets tonight. When you think you can’t even push a single more rep out, picture this in your mind and you will push out 3. Or even up the stakes, pretend a gunman is pointing a gun at someone you love and you MUST complete the reps or push the weight to let them live. That’s seriously the lengths I go to in my workouts, sets, and reps, to push myself as hard as possible.”
Zyzz believes training is as much of a mind game as a physical one. Every single rep is a battle against your body and in the end it’s your willpower and determination that decide whether or not you achieve your goals. It is the difference between succeeding and failing and giving up.
